**Massage is not a replacement for medical or psychological therapy and we do not prescribe, treat or diagnose.

We do, however, LOVE to work with other medical professionals to provide a TEAM of care in your wellness journey.  Insurance reimbursement is sometimes possible with some carriers and certain issues (ie: car accidents, Workers Comp). Please request receipts BEFORE session, and one will be provided with notes and ICD-9 Code for you to submit to your doctor or insurance company. Sliding scale or referrals are possible on a case-by-case basis to ensure wellness services are accessible.

Definition of modalities (as we do them at our studio):

Integrative Massage:  Swedish, deep tissue, polarity, sports, reflexology, and energetics  (hot stones, hot towels and essential oils +$20)

Spa Massage:  An integrative massage plus: hot stones, hot towels,  foot scrub, essential oils

On-site Massage:  Workplace RELIEF!  Perfect lunch break recovery for hands and shoulders. Sign up minimum 8 people.
